Open in App
Solution

The correct option is A 200
Applying commutative property, (4×8)×5=(8×4)×5

We know that, by associative property of multiplication, a×(b×c)=(a×b)×c.
So,
(4×8)×5=8×(4×5) =8×20=160

We know that, by associative property of addition, a+(b+c)=(a+b)+c.
So, (35+12)-7 = 35+(12-7)
= 35 + 5 = 40

So,
(4×8)×5+(35+12)+8=160+40=200
