From Compton experiment,

The change in wavelength after collision (Δλ) is,

Δλ=λλ=hm0c(1cosθ)

λ=λ+hm0c(cosθ)

=0.140×109+6.63×34(1(1))9.11×1031×3×108

=0.140×109+0.48×1011

=0.140×109+0.0048×109

λ=0.144 nm
