Let, the first term of the AP be $a$ and common difference be $d$ .

$a_{11} = a + 10 d = 35$ ...(1)
$a_{13} = a + 12 d = 41$ ...(2)
Subtracting equations (1) from (2) we get,
$2 d = 6$

$\Rightarrow d = 3$
