"absolute value" means to remove any negative sign in front of a number, and to think of all numbers as positive (or zero).
To find the reciprocal of (-1/5) we first flip the numerator and denominator to get -5. After this, we take the negative of the number by switching the sign - in this case from negative to positive - to get 5.
So the absolute value of the reciprocal of -1/5 is 5
