The acidic strength of these compounds increases in the following order :
PH3<H2S<HCl

With increase in the electronegativity from P to Cl, the bond pair of electrons are more strongly attracted by the electronegative atom. Due to this the bond becomes weaker. Hence, HCl has greater tendency to donate proton than phosphine. Also after deprotonation, the anion formed can be easily stabilized by more electronegative Cl atom than by less electronegative P atom.
The given order of acidic strength is correct. Hence, the correct answer is 1.
