Actual area of a unit square in the map = 100 m $\times$ 100 m = 10000 sq. m

Area covered by the hospital in the map = 200000 $÷$ 10000 = 20 sq. cm
Area covered by the parking structure in the map = 2 sq. cm

$\therefore$ Total area covered by the hospital and the parking structure in the map = 20 + 2 = 22 sq. cm
