According to question,

$2x+3x+90°=180°$

$5x=180°-90°$

$5x=90$

$x=\frac{90}{5}$

$x=18$

$\therefore$ one angle is $2x=2\times 18=36°$, second angle is $3x=3\times 18=54°$ and the third one is $90°$ as it is a right angled triangle.
