The adjacent sides of a parallelogram are 15 cam and 8 cm .If the distance between the longer side is 4 cm ,find the distance between the shorter sides

Given: bigger side as base = 15 cm
Smaller side as base = 8 cm
Distance (height) between the longer sides = 4 cm
Area of Parallelogram= base (15cm) × height
= 15 × 4 = 60 cm²
Area of Parallelogram = 60 cm²
Area of Parallelogram =base( 8cm) × height
60=8× height
Height =608
=152=7.5 cm
Hence, the Distance between the shorter sides is 7.5 cm
