The distance between longer sides,

$EC=2cm$

Let, the distance between shorter sides,

$FC=x$

Area of the parallelogram $=b\times h$

$A=7.5\times 2$

$=15c{m}^2$

Now, considering $AD$ as the base and $FC$ as the height.

But the area of parallelogram should remains same,

$A=b\times h$

$15=4\times h$

$h=3.75cm$

$\therefore FC=3.75cm$
