Let the length of the rectangle $=5a$ cm and breadth $=3a$ cm.
Area of the rectangle $=l\times b=29.4{cm}^2$
$\Rightarrow 5a\times 3a=29.4$
$\Rightarrow a^2=\frac{29.4}{5\times 3}=1.96$
$a=\sqrt{1.96}=1.4$
Hence, the length of the rectangle $=5a=7cm$ and breadth $=3a=4.2cm$.
