$\frac{20}{3}+\frac{22}{3}=\frac{42}{3}=14$

$Rs.\frac{3150}{14}=225$

$A=\frac{20}{3}\times 225=1500$

$B=\frac{22}{3}\times 225=1650$

$\therefore$ $A:B=1500:1650$
