The correct option is A 2:1
Amount of sugar used =35 kg =3×25×2 kg =610 kg

Amount of flavouring used =310 kg

Hence, the fraction of amount of sugarto amount of flavouring is:

Amount of sugarAmount of flavouring=[610][310]=63

Now we can represent the fraction as:
63=6÷33÷3=21

Representing the fraction as a ratio,we get: 212:1

∴ The ratio of amount of sugar to amount of flavouring is 2:1
