Solution

The correct option is A Day 2 and Day 3
Day 1 quantity = 22 gallons
Day 2 quantity = 26 gallons
Day 3 quantity = 30 gallons
  • 1 gallon = 4 quarts
  • To get the volume in quarts, multiply 22 gallons with 4, as 1 gallon is equal to 4 quarts.
  • For day 1:22×4=88 quarts Thus, there are 88 quarts in 22 gallons.
  • To get the volume in quarts, multiply 26 gallons with 4, as 1 gallon is equal to 4 quarts.
  • For day 2:26×4=104 quarts Thus, there are 104 quarts in 26 gallons.
  • To get the volume in quarts, multiply 30 gallons with 4, as 1 gallon is equal to 4 quarts.
  • For day 3:30×4=120 quarts Thus, there are 120 quarts in 30 gallons.
  • But the shown amount for day 2 and 3 in the table is 105 and 130 quarts.
Hence, day 2 and day 3 have the error in the conversion.
