Let equation of SHM is x=Asin(ωt), Where A=5 cms,
v=Aωcos(ωt)
Given, Time Period=π=2πω ω=2
x=5sin(2t),
At a displacement 3 cm, 3=5sin(2t) cos(2t)=45,
v=5×2cos(2t)=5×2×45=8cms1
