The correct option is B Destructive
When the super position of the two waves takes place the resultant wave is a
sum of the two waves. As the resultant amplitude is 1cm which is the difference between 4cm and 3cm the two waves superposition took place when they are out of phase. Hence the answer is destructive interference.
