y=43x3 -- (ii)

On solving (i) and (ii) simultaneously we get,
x2+48x61=0
(4x21)(12x4+3x2+1)=0
x2=14
Points of intersection are (+12,+32)

Slope of curve y=33x3at(12,32)ism2=33
