Degree swept by Hour hand in $1$ hr $=\frac{{360}^{\circ }}{12}={30}^{\circ }$

Degree swept by Minute hand in $1$ min i.e., $=\frac{{360}^{\circ }}{60}=6^{\circ }$

Time is $4:30$ pm

i.e. hour hand will be between $4-5$ and minute hand at $6$ so angle is $45$ degree...........(hour hand angle $=4\times 30+15=135$ and minute hand angle $=6\times 30=180$)
