Given that vertex of isosceles triangle is 1000

We know that sum of angles in a triangle=1800

Since its a isosceles triangle, 2 angles are equal. Let the base angles be x

1000+x+x=1800

1000+2x=1800

2x=18001000

2x=800

x=400

Therefore the base angles of the isosceles triangle are 400 and 400
