as per problem given,

$x+\frac{1}{5}x=90$

$\Rightarrow \frac{6}{5}x=90$

$x=90\times \frac{5}{6}=75$

Thus one angle is ${75}^o$ other will be $\frac{75}{5}={15}^o$

angle which is one fifth of its complement is $15$ degree.
