The correct option is D 60, 90, 90, and 120
Let the smallest angle of the quadrilateral be 2x.

Then, the other three angles will be 3x, 3x, and 4x.

Now, we know that sum of all the angles of the quadrilateral is equal to 360.

2x + 3x + 3x + 4x = 360

12x = 360

x = 30

Hence, all the four angles of the quadrilateral are 60, 90, 90 and 120.
