Let the angles of the parallelogram be x, 3x, 5x and 6x.
∴ x + 3x + 5x + 6x = 360^o
⇒​ 15x = 360^o
⇒x = 24^o
Thus, the angles are 24^o, 24^o ⨯ 3 = 72^o, 24^o ⨯ 5 = 120^o and 24^o ⨯ 6 = 144^o.
Hence, the greatest angle is 144^o.
