Ratio of four angles of a quadrilateral = 3:5:7:9
Let these angles be 3x,5x,7x and 9x.

Then, 3x+5x+7x+9x=3600 (Angle sum property of a quadrilateral)
24x=3600x=360024=150

First angle = 3x=3×150=450
Second angle = 5x=5×150=750
Third angle = 7x=7×150=1050
Fourth angle = 9x=9×150=1350
