Solution

The correct option is A

An acute-angled triangle

The angles of a triangle are of the ratio 5:3:7

Let the angles of a triangle be 5x,3x and 7x

Using the angle sum property of a triangle,

5x+3x+7x=18015x=180x=18015x=12

On Substituting the value of x=12,in

5x=5×12=60°7x=7×12=84°3x=3×12=36°

Since all the angles are less than 90°, the triangle is an acute-angled triangle.

Therefore, option (A) is the correct answer.
