The correct option is B $40^{o}$
Sum of angles of quadrilateral $= 360^{o}$
Let the smallest angle $= 5 x$
Other angles will be $10 x, 12 x$ and $18 x$ .
Therefore, $5 x + 10 x + 12 x + 18 = 360^{o}$
$\Rightarrow 45 x = 360^{o}$
$\Rightarrow x = \frac{360}{45} = 8$
Therefore, smallest angle $= 5 x$
$= 5 \times 8$
$= 40^{o}$
