Given,
Length of the rectangle = $\frac{2}{3}$ m
Area of the rectangle = 12 square metres

Area of the rectangle = Length x Breadth
12 = $\frac{2}{3}$ x Breadth
Breadth = 12 ÷ $\frac{2}{3}$
Breadth = 12 x $\frac{3}{2}$
breadth = 6 x 3 = 18
Hence, the breadth of the rectangle is 18 m.
