The area of a rectangle is$2times$ the square of its length. If the breadth of the rectangle is $10cm$, find the length and perimeter.

Given, breadth of the rectangle =$10cm$ and let the length of rectangle be$=x$

and the area of the rectangle$$\begin{gathered} =2timesofthesquareofitsbreadth \\ =2*x^2=2x^2 \end{gathered}$$

Area of the rectangle $=2x^2$

I.e,$length*breadth=2x^2$

$$\begin{gathered} =>x\times 10=2x^2 \\ =>x=\frac{10\times x}{2x}=5 \end{gathered}$$

The required length of the rectangle $=5cm$
