Given area of rectangle, $A=650c{m}^2$
$\Rightarrow l\times b=A$
The length of the other side is
$\Rightarrow \frac{650}{13}=50cm$

Perimeter of rectangle, $P=2(l+b)$
$\Rightarrow P=2(13+50)$
$\Rightarrow P=2\left(63\right)$
$\Rightarrow P=126cm$
