Area $= L \times B = 500 c m^{2}$
$L = 25 c m$
$∴ 25 \times B = 500$
$B = \frac{500}{25} = 20 c m$
Perimeter $= 2 (L + B) = 2 (25 + 20)$
$= 90 c m$
