plank=$294c{m}^2$

Ratio of sides =$\frac{2}{3}$

Let one side be 2x.

others side be 3x.

Area =$l\times b$

$294=6\times 2$

x=7

$\therefore$ length = $2\times 7=14cm$

Breadth = $3\times 7=21cm$

Perimeter = 2(l+b)

=2(14+21)

=70cm.
