Area of a rhombus = $\frac{1}{2}$ $\times$ (Product of the diagonals)
Given:
Length of one diagonal = 19.2 cm
Area of the rhombus = 148.8 cm²

∴ Length of the other diagonal = $(\frac{148.8 \times 2}{19.2})$ cm = 15.5 cm
