$\Rightarrow$ $966=\frac{46\times d_2}{2}$

$\Rightarrow$ $966=23\times d_2$

$\Rightarrow$ $d_2=\frac{966}{23}$

$\Rightarrow$ $d_2=42cm$

$\therefore$ The length of other diagonal is $42cm$.
