$\frac{1}{2}$ Base. height = $\frac{productofdiagonals}{2}$

$\frac{1}{2}.24.8\times 16.5=22.\frac{x}{2}$

$204.6=22.\frac{x}{2}$

$22x=20446\times 2$

$x=\frac{204.6\times 2}{22}$

$x=\frac{409.2}{22}$

$x=18.6$

Length of other diagonal (x) = 18.6 cm
