$B$ is breadth.

$\because$ Area of square=Area of Rectangle.

$1225=49B$

$B=\frac{1225}{49}=25$

$B=25=breadth$

Perimeter of rectangle

$21+2B=2\left(49\right)+2\left(25\right)$

$=98+50=148$
