$\Rightarrow$ $4\times 4=16$

$\therefore$ Length of rectangle =$2\times 4$ = $8cm$ and breadth of rectangle = $0.5\times 4$ = $2cm$
$\therefore$ Area of rectangle = $length\times breadth$ = $8\times 2$ = $16c{m}^2$
