As area $=sid{e}^2$

$\Rightarrow 6084=a^2$

$\Rightarrow a=78$m

As in one round, wire would cover a distance equal to perimeter of square$(=4a)$

$\Rightarrow$ In four rounds, it would go $16a\Rightarrow$ length$=16a$

$=16\times 78=1248$m.
