Area of a trapezium $=105c{m}^2$

Let the other side be $xcm$

Area $=\frac{1}{2}\times \text{sum of parallel sides}\times \text{distance between them}$

$\Rightarrow 105c{m}^2=\frac{1}{2}\times (x+28)\times 5$

$\Rightarrow x+28=\frac{105\times 2}{5}=42$

$\Rightarrow x=42-28cm=14cm$
