$\therefore 336=(36+20)\times height$

$\therefore height=\frac{336}{56}=6m$

$\therefore$ length of non parallel side $=\sqrt{6^2+8^2}$

$=\sqrt{100}$

$\therefore$ Answer $=10cm$
