Your Answer
A

4 cm.

Correct Answer
B

7 cm.

Your Answer
C

9 cm.

Your Answer
D

10 cm.

Solution

The correct option is C

7 cm.

Let the length of the other parallel side be b
Length of one parallel side (a) = 10 am and height (h) = 4 cm
Area of trapezium = 12(a+b)×h
34=12(10+b)×4     34=(10+b)×234=20+2b     3420=2b14=2b     7=bb=7
Hence an other required parallel sides is 7 cm.
