$=\frac{2700000cm}{60minutes}$

$=45000cm/min$

Volume of water which flows out of the pipe in 1 min $=$ Speed of water flow (in $cm/min$) $\times$ Area of cross-section of pipe

$=45000cm\times 5.4c{m}^2$

$=243000c{m}^3$

$=243000\times {10}^{-3}$ litres [$\because 1c{m}^3={10}^{-3}$ litre]

$=243$ litres
