Area of four walls $=$ Lateral Surface Area of room $= 2 h (l + b) s q . u n i t s$

Given,
lenth, $l = 13 m$
breadth, $b = 4.5 m$
Area of four walls $= 105 m^{2}$

$∴$ Area of four walls $= 2 \times h \times (13 + 4.5) = 105 m^{2}$

$2 \times h \times 17.5 = 105 m^{2}$

$h = \frac{105}{2 \times 17.5}$

$h = \frac{105}{35}$

$h = 3 m$

$∴$ The height of the room is $3 m$
