$dV=\frac{\sigma }{\lambda {ϵ}_0}\cos \left(\frac{\pi y}{2d}\right)dy$

Integrating to dy and other side;

${\int }_0^{V}dV={\int }_0^d\frac{\sigma }{\lambda {ϵ}_0}\cos \left(\frac{\pi y}{2d}\right)dy$
