2. Then check the end of that bar is coinciding with which value of horizontal axis.
3. This horizontal axis value will be the total wheat purchased during that particular year .
so, here we can see that
$15, 000$ tonnes of wheat was purchased during the year $2005$ .
$25, 000$ tonnes of wheat was purchased during the year $2006$ .
$30, 000$ tonnes of wheat was purchased during the year $2007$ .
$30, 000$ tonnes of wheat was purchased during the year $2008$ .
$20, 000$ tonnes of wheat was purchased during the year $2009$ .
$35, 000$ tonnes of wheat was purchased during the year $2010$ .
Hence, in $2007$ and $2008$ the purchase of wheat was same . And the quanatity of the wheat purchased in both the years was $30, 000$ .
