i) total sales of branch NP3 for both years = 80 million –(1)

total sales of branch NP5 for both years =80 million –(2)

Ratio of (1) and (2) = (1):(2) = (80 million):(80 million) = 1:1

ii) Total sales of branch NP6 for both the years = 80 million – (1)

Total sales of branch NP2 for both the years = 115 million – (2)

Percentage of ratio of (1) and (2)

= 80 million115 million×100=69.56%

Thus, total sales of branch NP6 is 69.56% of that of NP2.
