From the graph, we can identify the number of matches played by England as 18 since the bar corresponding to England touches the line of 18.

Similarly, Australia has played 20 matches as the bar corresponding to Australia touches the line of 20.

So, the ratio between number of matches played by England and Australia respectively is

18:209:10(Dividedby2)

Hence, the ratio is 9:10
