The correct option is B: 51 cm

Let height of the parallelogram be h cm.

Then, the base of the parallelogram =3h cm

Area of the parallelogram =base×height

=3h×h

867=3h2 [ Area of given parallogram =867 cm2 ]

h2=8673

h2=289

h=289=17 cm

Then, base =3×17=51 cm.
