Solution

Given:
Sides = 3 cm, 4 cm, and 5 cm
Height = 10 cm
To find:
The prism's volume
Solution:
We know that the prism's volume is the product of the base's area and its height.
So, the prism's volume = Triangular base's area×height
Since the triangle's sides form a Pythagorean triplet, it has to be right-angled.
The triangular base's area = 12×height×base
= 12×3×4
= 3×2
= 6
Now, using the values, the required volume = 6×10
= 60
Therefore, the required volume is 60 .
