Area of the field $=\frac{356.13}{26.38}hectares=13.5\times 10000m^2$
$=135000m^2$
Let the height of the field $=x$ m
Then, base $=3x$ m
Given, $\frac{1}{2}\times 3x\times x=135000m^2$
$\Rightarrow x^2=90000$

$\Rightarrow x=\sqrt{90000}=300m$
$\therefore$ Height $=300m$ and Base $=900m$.
