Area of field $=\frac{495.72}{36.72}\times 10000$
$=135000m^2$
Let, the height be $x$.
Then, base $=3x$.
We have, $\frac{1}{2}\times x\times 3x=135000$
$\Rightarrow x^2=90000$ or $x=300$.
$\therefore$ Height $=300m$ and base $=3\times 300=900m$
