The base of an isosceles trapezoidal prism has parallel sides measuring 7 cm and 9 cm. The non-parallel sides measure 6 cm each. What is the perimeter of the trapezoidal base?

Perimeter of the base = Sum of the lengths of both parallel and non parallel sides

So, perimeter of the base = Lengths of parallel sides + ;engths of non parallel sides

Perimeter of the base = 7 cm + 9 cm + 6 cm + 6 cm

Perimeter of the base = 7 cm + 9 cm + 6 cm + 6 cm = 28 cm
