ABCD is aparallelogram.
AP bisects A and CQ bisects C.
Opposite angles of a parallelogram are equal. SO, A=C and B=D
So, DAP=BCQ, AD=BC, B=D
By ASA congruency, AP=QC.
APCQ is parallelogram and APCQ.
